CB186 - Stale Dating Processing
Run Stale Dating Processing (CB186) to mark transactions of a certain age as
stale dated and create journal transactions to post the amounts to a stale
date suspense account. The CB186 is also used to mark stale dated transactions
as escheated and creates journal entries from the stale date suspense account
to the escheatment account.
**Processing Effect
Stale Dating Processing (CB186) can be run open for all cash codes or with
options to run by cash code, cash code group, or cash code list. The CB186 can
be further restricted to a transaction code (BANK-INST-CODE) and process
level.
