ET700 - Initial Time and Expense Load
**Form Purpose
Run Initial Time and Expense Load (ET700) to export human resources, general
ledger, and activities data into tables that are read by the Lawson Services
Automation, Time Management, or Expense Management application. Use this
program before you start any data processing to load existing HR, GL, and AC
data to your Services Automation, Time Management, or Expense Management
application.
$$$$$IMPORTANT Your back office data must be loaded in a specific order. You
must run this program several times with different parameter settings. Follow
the directions in the Services Automation Suite Interface Guide to make sure
your data is loaded and set up correctly.$$$$$$
**Processing Effect
This program interfaces the Lawson back-office data into intermediate tables
that are read by T&E application. The intermediate tables include:
