LP570 - Manual Transaction Conversion
Run Manual Transactions CSV Load (LP570) to mass load initial plan balances
or manual adjustments.
Any record that errors will be written to an error CSV file that can
be manually corrected then used as an input file to facilitate the process.
NOTE Records can only be added with this program; no "change"
function will be provided. You will need to delete existing record and add
new record to effect a change.
