Run TA181 (Canada Vacation Mass Plan Transfer) to transfer a group of
employees from one vacation plan to another. You do not need to run a time
accrual cycle to update the plans.
Before you run this program, ensure that TA170 (Time Accrual Update) and TA199
(Time Accrual Close) are not running.
