User-Defined Item Format
The User-Defined Item Format file stores format names that define the
user-defined item maintenance and inquiry forms.

ITF-COMPANY Numeric 4
Element: Company Identifies the AP company if the
resource type = V. Identifies the HR
company if the resource type = E. It is
blank for type A, P or Q resources.
ITF-FORMAT-ID Alpha 10
Element: Format Id This is the user-defined name given to
identify the format that this line is
for.
ITF-MAINT-ITE-FL Alpha 1
Element: All Flag This field indicates whether the format
is for maintaining Item Master data.
N = No
Y = Yes
ITF-MAINT-ITL-FL Alpha 1
Element: All Flag This field indicates whether the format
is for maintaining Item Location data.
N = No
Y = Yes
ITF-STOCK-UOM Alpha 4
Element: Uom This field contains the stock unit of
measure for the item.
ITF-LOCATION Alpha 5
Element: Location This field contains a valid stocking
location within the company inventory.
ITF-GL-CATEGORY Alpha 4
Element: Gl Category This field is used to extract the
appropriate account numbers for any
inventory movement.
ITF-INV-TRACK-FL Alpha 1
Element: All Flag This field determines if this item is a
stocked item or a nonstock item. If the
item is a stocked item, quantities can
be tracked using Item Location records.

ITF-NBR-FLDS Numeric 2
Element: Nbr Flds This field contains the number assigned
to a field which determines the order in
which the fields appear on the form.
This field identifies the last number
used.
ITF-FORMAT-TYPE Alpha 1
Element: Format Type This field indicates whether the format
is a maintenance format or only an
inquiry format. An inquiry format can be
used only by IC35.1 (Inquiry Formats)
and IC36.1 (User Defined Item Inquiry).

M = Maintenance
ITF-MAINT-ITM-FL Alpha 1
Element: Maint Itm Fl This field indicates whether the format
is for maintaining ITEMSRC data.
