PAEMPGOAL FILE
Contains the goals or objectives to which an employee is assigned.
These objectives are defined in the Goal Management system, Performance
Management system, and through the Employee and Manager Self Service Goal
Management Task. Goal Management is part of the Performance Alignment
solution that will provide managers the tools to be able to set, track,
observe, and measure individual or team objectives and duties where the
objectives clearly align to overall corporate strategy.

a scrollable field.

Element: Start Date The beginning date of the objective.
PGO-END-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) HS08.1
Element: End Date The end date of the objective. The
start and end date assigned to the
objective will determine the type of
goal (i.e. quarterly, monthly,
semiannual, or annual).
PGO-LINKED-TO Alpha 30 (Lower Case)
Element: Linked To Description of the person on the
company's organizational structure that
the objective relates to. Used to link
the objective to a higher level goal to
create a cascading roll-up view. This is
a scrollable field
PGO-ALIGNED-TO Alpha 30 (Lower Case)
Element: Aligned To Description of the goal on the
organizational structure that the
objective is associated to. Used to
link the goals together to create a
cascading roll-up view. This is a
scrollable field.
PGO-STATUS Alpha 10 HS08.1
Element: Status Hr This field displays the status of the
objective. Used as a tracking mechanism
for employee and manager self service.
This field is a user-defined status code
with a pcode type of 'SG'.
PGO-COMPLETE Numeric 1 HS08.1
Element: Complete Indicates whether the objective has
been completed. Workflow will update
this field to a complete status when the
manager approves the objective that has
been completed by the employee. The
employee may be eligible for
compensation for an objective with a
complete status.
0 = Not Complete
1 = Employee Complete
2 = Manager Complete
3 = Approved for Payout
4 = Scheduled for Payout
5 = Payout Complete
6 = On Hold
7 = Active
8 = Inactive
9 = Reject
PGO-PCT-COMPLETED Numeric 3 HS08.1
Element: Pct Completed Indicates the percentage of the
objective that has been completed by the
employee. Typically, an employee will
update this field value. When this
value equals 100 percent, the manager
will be notified.
PGO-WEIGHTING Signed 18.6 HS08.1
Element: Weighting Numeric weighting assigned to the
objective that will be used as the
compensation payout to the employee
through a Lawson or non-Lawson
compensation or payroll application.
This value could represent a flat dollar
amount or a percent value.
PGO-AMT-PCT-IND Numeric 1 HS08.1
Element: Amt Pct Ind Indicates whether the weighting value
is a dollar amount or a percent.
1 = Amount
2 = Percent
PGO-COMPLETE-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) HS08.1
Element: Complete Date Indicates the date the objective was
completed. Typically, this would be the
same date the Complete status was
updated from the manager.

Element: Accepted Indicates whether the employee has
acknowledged and accepted the objective
assigned to them from the manager.
0 = Not Reviewed
1 = Reviewed
2 = Manager Approved

Element: Date Stamp Indicates the creation date of when the
objective was intially added to the
system.

Element: Goal Score Individual Goal Score that is calculated
by multiplying the Pct Complete by the
Weighting. This value is used to
compute the Total Goal Score used in the
Performance Review.
