I am having some issues with a few reports using url's to access subreports.
The reports have a URL link to sub report. When the sub report is closed the crystal parameter page opens instead of going back to the base report.
I am on LBI 9.0.4.2 and CRAS 12.
Has anyone seen this behavior before? And did you find a workaround or solution?
Lawson was unable to replicate the issue.

I have not seen that issue but I have a hyperlink setup with some reports that may be helpful.
Report A has a hyperlink that runs report B, but B is not subreport embedded on A, it's a different report that stands on its own and replaces A in the IE window. If B is currently displayed and its IE window is closed, it just goes away and there's no reprompt for parms.
However, B includes a hyperlink back to A that's used to return to A when finished viewing B.
The hyperlink in A that runs B passes the parm values needed by B and also any parms that were used when A was run. E.g., if A is a list of employee names and numbers at one work location, and B is a list of one employee's positions, the hyperlink in A that runs B passes both the employee number that was clicked on A (to display the employee's positions), and the location code that was originally used when A was run (to display emps at that location upon return to A.) When the "Return" hyperlink in B is clicked, it passes the work location back to A, which, because it runs for the original work location, appears unchanged. In this case A is actually rerun.
On our system, the IE "back" button is hidden when a CR is displayed. However, if a savvy user right clicks on B and clicks Back from the context menu, IE returns to A without rerunning it, so it's pretty fast.
The effect is a mini system of web pages.
