Calculating GTL on the first 50000

How do you handle the inclusion of the first 50,000 on Key Employees when running the BN150?

We experienced that and BN150 didn't handle it. We created a customized version of BN150 instead, and restricted to an employee group. If there is another way without customization I'd like to know!
