Where do I find these services, triggers and flows? For example: msgdisapprove.xml as a solution.

If you mean where to find them and install?
On InforXtreme downloads, Technology, Technology Sample Content, Process Flow
Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com forums!

That was good information for starters; however, I am talking about the Lawson delivered "Service Criteria Level Definition, Service Definition. etc. in the menu.do tool. We are receiving this error:

Process Flow Header Level Approval Not Enabled Error on RQ10 or in Requisition Center when Releasing a Requisition

KB 1206017 states:

Another thing to check, in the Process Flow Administration Tool, (bpm/menu.do) under Services on the left side, select "Service Criteria Level Definition" and inquire on the service "Req Approval". You cannot have a Company and Location added and enabled. You can add/enable a company or a blank line to default for all. If you need to limit approvals to a Company and Location, in version 9.0, you need to set this up on RQ01 for your Requesting Location. If your Company is the number 1, you need to add it as Company 0001. Also, be sure that in "Service Definition" when you inquire on the service "Req Approval" that it is "Enabled". In addition, when you select "Service Process Definition" that you have Added a Process name and event type of "EVT_PFLOW".

In our Development environment, we have these:

EMAILTEST
EMSSAddrChg
EMSSAutoDepChg
EMSSBenSumChg
EMSSCurBenChg
EMSSPAAddrChg
EMSSTaxChg
EMSSTimeEntChg

In our Production we have these (I chose not to list all of them, but wanted to show the difference):

JobReq Approval
JobReq Approval
JobReq Approval New
JobReq Approval Replace
Load Customer
Load Itm Price
Load Itm Qty
Load Ord Stat
LoadBillTo
LoadContacts
LoadCustomers
LoadEmployees
LoadShipTo
NoRcptInPool
OLAPCubeNotify
Overship Clrd

Based on my previous post, does anyone have copies of the ProcessFlow Solutions; or can you point me to where we can find them?

If you look in ProcessFlow | Service Definition in our environment, we are missing most services, including reqapproval for example.

How do we get them installed? What would cause them to be installed? We are missing something here and are not getting any help from Infor.

Thank you.

If you're on version 9.0.1, I think there is still a ProcessFlow Solutions category in the downloads section on the InforXtreme website. this should also contain service definitions that can be loaded to the system.

For IPA users, they put the solutions (flows) in the samples directory in the IPA Install location. For the services, I couldn't find an installer, but there is a document in the documentation section called "IPA Services for Infor Lawson Reference Guide". It is in Technology -> Infor Process Automation -> Version category. This has all of the Lawson services so you can create it by hand in Rich Client (I had to do this for a buyer po approval).

Thank you Bob ... Yes, we are on 9.0.1.12. When I look in InforXtreme, I cannot find anything relating to Service Definitions; in fact, neither can Infor. So, my dilemma is, how do I get them? We not an IPA user, so that link is not there.

Other ideas?

We have these in Production. Is there a folder where they reside where we can copy them to our test environment, or is it not that easy?

Sorry, I'm not sure where else you could find them. About the only other thing to do is to take screenshots of the service setup screens in menu.do on your production system and create them manually in your test environment. If you set it up to match, it should work hopefully.

We manually enter the information and got it working.

Curious though; where is the lengthy list of services installed from? This article from the Infor InfoCenter alludes to a ProcessFlow Solutions install; i.e., "The following flow files are delivered with ProcessFlow Solutions for Procurement: reqapproval2."

ProcessFlow Administration / ProcessFlow Reference Guide / Application Triggers and Services for Procurement / Requisitions (RQ)

Email must be configured in the browser to allow the Reject or Unrelease actions to be taken.

NoteThis action can still be taken but no email will be received if there is not an email address configured for the user.
