PO25 Review Date

Lawson has a field  in PO25 called  "Review Date". When the vendor agreement is near its expiration date, a notification goes out to the Agreement Administrator.

Has anyone else set this up?

What tool was used? Smart Notification?  Process Flow? Something else?

Can the notification be sent multiple times?

Can more than one email address be used for the notification?

The Lawson IT Group plans to use Smart Notification for this function.

Any information would be helpful.

It's intended to be used with the native PO226 report - so a job schedule - not a Smart Note or PF. We haven't used it in years since going to GHX CCX though.

I don't know of any notification. Lawson doesn't have a trigger in PF/IPA for this. You could build a report in Crystal that compared Current Date to Review Date and displayed a list of agreements where the review date fell on the the day the report was run.

{POVAGRMTHD.REVIEW_DATE} - CurrentDate = 0

Schedule the report to run daily in LBI. You get mostly blank reports but it would work well on the review days.
