Unfortunately we do not have a storeroom supervisor at this time.

I am the Material Analyst.

I think I know inventory well enough to keep us out of trouble.

But my question is –

          I currently run daily IC233, IC222, PO230, Wh222 step 1 to 5, and IC243.

Are there any other reports I should run – daily, weekly, monthly

I I do use Microsoft Add-ins and Crystal.

Do you have any tips or tricks?

Also, is there a report to help set min and max reorder points in IC12?

I know that they need changed on several of our items.

If you have any reports or information you would be willing to share, I would be most appreciative.

Thanks in Advance for your help

What do you mean help set mins and maxes? Like do you want an add-in template that you can run when you have to change a bunch of them at the same time?

I am referring to IC12.1 the reorder tab - your can set your reorder point (when reordering for this item is triggered to occur when the item available quantity falles below this reorder point) and Maximum reorder quantity.

I know most of ours have not been adjusted for at least 3+ years.

I know what you're referring to but do you want a report that shows you what your current reorder points are or did you want a template that can load in new mins/maxes?

I would probably run a custom add ins query that has each items mins/maxes in IC12. From there, you can assess every item's mins/maxs and can change.

After, you just need to create a custom upload add in that will change those two fields.
