Anyone still have a PR11 Box DD Override upload add in template?  I'm having issues getting it to go. Sorry I know there was another thread on this but it's pretty old at this point and I'm having issues accessing all the replies.  We applied the patch to get past the message that a query must be done before updating, but I'm getting a message that the upload is complete but 0 rows have been added.  Is there a hidden key or something for uploading to that form?

Thanks,

Tom

I just got my PR11 upload to work using the "Try to Add then Change" option. I used fields 6,8,10,11,13,15,18:0,20:0,21:0,23:0,3.

I hope this helps.

I my version 9 system it worked like Mark's system but when we moved to version 10 we started getting an error that said we had to inquire first. We learned that if we duplicated the records (having the same record twice) we got the inquire message on the first line and the add message on the second.

If Mark's response doesn't work this might be worth testing.

Duplicating records worked to add, any ideas on how to deleted or change a record?

One of our other analysts just got word from Infor that there is a known bug in the PR11 uploads. They reccomended adding patch CTP108256 in KB 1672681. Apparently, this is something for Canadian payroll which affects the uploads. We were told if we do not do Canadian payroll, it will not change anything else. We are working on adding this patch and I will update this thread with our results.

The patch worked! Again, I used these fields; 6 (PRS-COMPANY)-10 (PAYROLL-YEAR)-11(EMPLOYEE)-13 (COUNTRY)-15 (RGF-TOPIC)-18:0 (LINE-FC1)-20:0 (RGF-TOPIC-N1)-21:0 (RGP-DATA1)-23:0 (SEQ1)-3 (XMIT EMP RE) and did "Try to Add then Change". You'll note, we did NOT use process level (field 8), this may differ for your organization. If you use process level, you probably will not need the XMIT field 3. The only issue I had were 2 employees we had manually entered their amounts on did not update to the new amount in the upload. All others worked.
