PO Header Comments

Does anyone know of a program that prints the PO Header comments? Looking for an example in how Lawson retrieves these comment values.

You can look at PO220.

Found my issue.... I was using the correct logic going after the comments, however was going after the incorrect comment type. I was using type "I" and should have been "P" as the comment type.
