BN299 monthly totals not printing

In BN27.1 topic R5 and R6 I have populated the 12M MEC and each month FT Count and Total Count; and none of the counts are displaying in my BN299 1094rep.

Anyone else running into this?  Did you find a solution for it?  Thanks so much!

YES!! I ran a test BN299 yesterday and found the same issue! I'm searching the Knowledge Base to see if there is a CTP we missed. But as usual, they make it so easy to find!!

I'm not sure if this will help with your issue or not, but KB 1872241 has all the latest HRM ACA CTP information.

I opened a case with Infor yesterday. They notified me we are THREE versions behind on the BN299 code. (We are on Lawson 10.0.6) There is a CTP that needs to be installed that will hopefully correct this issue.

I would recommend checking with Infor to see if a CTP needs to be applied. Good luck!

PS: The CTP for Lawson 10.0.6 is CTP 114653 for JT 928558
