We have a smart note notification that we would like to dump out onto the web. I can see in Smart Notes where you can select a output of html file. However how would you tell it what the name and directory where you would like the file placed? Is it even possible to do this?

Ive never actually done this, but if it was doable it would be by adding a delivery devise. Try putting in the directory location in the address and selecting HTML from the Type drop down. Please post back with your success or failure, Id be very curious.

Yes it does seem to work. A little hard to find at first. One problem is that it does not write out the html file with the correct template. Is this a bug? I am on version 9.0.0.1.

Jay,

What template is it using? Are you sure you have the right template assigned in the Notification? Try assigning the correct template as the default template for the delivery devise. Also you are about 3 years behind on upgrades. The latest is 9.0.2.2 with 9.0.3 slated to come out this month. I would upgrade if I were you.
