AP150 Fails With Error "Payment Forms Creation AP155 is Running

We are having problems running AP150, it fails with the error log below.  We ran AP170 but it did not solve the problem. 

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Juan, Please check the contents of the APMONITOR file (DBAPMON in Iseries). If it currently has AP150 and AP155 both in status 0, please run AP170 to complete the payment cycle and you should be able to start a new payment cycle with AP150 next. Thanks Mandy

Thank you Mandy,

Indeed, the table APMonitor has status 0 for AP150 and 1 for AP155.  I tried running AP170, but it does not let me process the job, returns the message "Payments not processed for all cash codes"

What else can I do to reset these payment cycle?

I got it working! Thanks for the input, I deleted the two entries on APMonitor for AP150 and AP155, and then I was able to run AP150 again.
