Product Lines Disappearing

Anyone else experiencing this?  Occasionally, when I use the Upload Wizard, my product lines are not showing.  I have to re-install addins for them to appear again.  I'm not having any issues with the query wizard.

Lawson S3 Add-Ins version 9.0.3.1380; MS Excel 2003 version 11.6560.6568 (SP2); Windows XP Pro version 2002 SP2

My answer won't help much - but I've had the exact same issue - with both excel 2003 and 2007. Unfortunately I haven't been able to follow up with Lawson on this, and I've taken the easy way and re-loaded.

Just an update, Jon - at least in my situation, the case of the disappearing product lines seems to be related to microsoft updates - after they're applied, bye bye product lines, and I have to repair my add-ins.  It's my upload wizard, doesn't seem to affect queries.  Hope your issue resolved, I'm resigned to repairing on a regular basis....
