I have tried twice now to apply a technology patch to our 9.0.1.8 installation. (Windows).   Both times, when the installer comes up, there is no "available portal" to select from.  Does anyone have any ideas on what would cause this?

Search for AR_5439921 in the KB. It may help you!

KB 5439921 works for the above article as well.

Thanks - that is the issue. Our consultant just now resolved it for me.

What is most amazing to me is that I have searched the KB until I am blue in the face, and never could come up with this article. What a useful tool the KB is. Thanks for providing that though...I will print it and save for future reference.

Wow, I am stunned with the content of these KB's and what is needed to fix the installs at this level (9.0.1.8 and below). Thanks for the heads up Greg.

I am the consultant Cindy was referring to, and I didn't know about that article either. I just have been doing this long enough, that I thought it odd that Lawson just started using '/etc/lawson' on a Windows install....

Oh, and I may have been too subtle.  That was sarcasm.
