Cancel or Delete old requisition that 'needs approval'

Has anyone had to delete an old requisition, from 5 years ago, that is still in 'needs approval' state?

The person awaiting to approve it hasn't worked for this company in 5 years and the req is still sitting there as 'needs approval'. Another user at the facility has reached out to see if it can be cancelled or deleted. RQ10 simply won't let me 'delete' it because of this approval state. Also, we don't use approval tables everything is set as no approvals required.

docs.infor.com isn't really supplying answers to this. Before opening an Infor ticket, I'm curious if any of you have encountered this and how to resolve.
