Hello - We are currently testing RQC (not sure which version but we are about to install 10.0.6.0) & v10 (currently 10.0.5.0 but may also go to .6).  We entered some procedure info in RQC but I cannot see it in PO20.  Is there a company setting or something I need to flip first?  Thanks.

It would be in RQ10 under the requestor that used RQC. You will need to process the req before it will show up in PO

I processed the req via PO23.

Where do you add procedural information in RQC?

The user who entered the req had the option after entering the item, then clicking on the item to get to the Change screen. At the end of the tabs that start with Line Basic, he has a More button & is able to chose Line Procedure. There are fields for Records Number, Procedure, DOS, Phys Name, etc. We were interested to see where this appears in PO20, but perhaps it doesn't? I have not tried printing a PO yet.

From PO20, it's in the line detail - On the Misc Details tab there is a Procedure Info button that will open RQ23.1.

They do print on PO, but you must set the fields to print on PO01.1 go to the PO Issue tab, there's a button there for Procedure Info Output where you have to indicate the fields for Print vs EDI.

Jon - For RQC, you have to change the RQ04 Requisition Center tab - last field will be "Allow Display of Procedure Info" - that will create additional tabs on both the header profile and in the line details.

We went live with one hospital with no patient names - the vendors had an adjustment to it, but so far it's working.

Thanks Kat. I do not see the button & could not directly access RQ23.1. Would I tell my IT to add RQ23.1 to my role to resolve - or is there another step to make the button appear?

Yes - RQ23 needs to be added to any roles with PO20 access and that should fix it.

Can you access RQ23 from RQ10 or is it only available through RQC?

It is available on RQ10. For the header, it is on the Miscellaneous tab (RQ11.2 - same as RQC). For the line it is in the Line Detail, Purchasing Tab (RQ23). If you key in from PO20 and not a req, there is a button on PO20 defaults (PO21.6)

The RQ10 line detail tab, the RQC line detail tab and the PO20 User Analysis tab button are the exact same screen (RQ23) so alterations to the information are independent of the req status - in other words, you can change it without having to unreleased the req.

How do i get access to put the procedure info on the header level of a req to transfer to the header level of a PO?

Also, anyone know how to build physician in the system? I know you can type it in each time but is there a way to pick it from a drop down?

There's no way to add a drop down to physician that I know of. We wouldn't want that here as it would be a nightmare to maintain. I believe my users are copy pasting from Epic to RQC.
