Does anyone have it to where a PO requestor is also the PO receiver?

So the person who enters a requisition can perform a receipt after PO has been created/released by the buyer or is that fall under some sort of conflict of interest?

Thanks

It's under our "you aren't supposed to" but we have 3 small hospitals that just don't have the bandwidth - there's 3 people: a requester, an approver, a receiver. Eventually one's going to be out and there's going to be an overlap. We get around the audit by monitoring monthly how many times the operator id on the req header matches the operator id on the receipt header. It's less than 1% annually and we have the directors sign off that it was "Staffing issue" or "training issue - resolved" (meaning they smacked their hand)

Our outside clinics receive their own product through Receiving Self Service but the locations within our hospitals ship to the loading dock and the Receiving Clerks receive product in.
