*Simple End user here*

When I run RQ240 (Requisition volume summary report), one of the data lines is "Requiring Intervention" (% of B)

B is "Requisition lines released to PO"

What defines "requiring intervention"?  Where is this data coming from?  Is it useful info?

From KB Article 1210961

RQ240: Meaning of Requisition Lines released to PO Requiring intervention
Description:
We had a question regarding the Requisition Volume Summary Report (RQ240). What does Requisition Lines released to PO Requiring intervention (% of B) refer to? The question being what constitutes an intervention?
Resolution:
What constitutes an intervention is any record that is missing the vendor, vendor cost or cost override. It usually means any Line that needs to be worked in Purchase Order Worksheet (PO23).

Where does the breakdown of A into Filled, In process, and Back ordered come from? I'm attempting to recreate and enhance this in Crystal.

The reqs for inventory go to the WH Warehouse module. It's showing the shipment status. You might have to bring in WHSHIPMENT to link to the req but the bulk of it is in WHSHIPLINE
