RQC Minimizing On Its Own

Hello - We will be going live with RQC on Monday & we are in the process of training our users.  During the trainings I've noticed several users experiencing RQC minimizing to the taskbar with no obvious action from the user driving it.  It may be the PC's in the classroom we are in as they are a bit temperamental, but wanted to see if anyone has experienced this behavior & determined root cause.  Thanks.

We use Internet Explorer and haven't had any problems with it minimizing.

It wasn't sporadic like you're describing but ours had to do with the target = blank on the link having or not having quotes of some sort - made the browser think it wasn't the focus.

In Windows 7 and above, if you have multiple windows/programs open and click+hold on one and "shake" it with your mouse, it will minimize all other open programs. Are the users randomly "shaking" another window and activating this?

Hi Jeremy - that is entirely possible. The computer mice were quite dated & lacked the precision today's wireless mice offer. Anyway, since we've gone live, I've not heard this complaint. Thanks to all who responded!
