Lawson Approval Codes

In getting ready for this year’s audit, I’ve run the approval codes report and I’ve noticed that some approval codes are different. Should they all be the same?

For Example:

Approval Code DIMEB
Can Lower Levels be Skipped – NO
Printed Copy Required – NO

Approval Code EESVC & CBWTO
Can Lower Levels be Skipped – YES
Printed Copy Required – NO

What is the difference between the 2? Should they be the same?

Upper level can approve items without lower level approval when it's checked "Yes"

Upper level will need to wait for lower level approval first before they can approve when it's checked "No"
