Consistency is great don't you think?
Is it me or is it just happenstance?

Anyways the new Download Center. It doesn't work. I've tried various computers all with Windows 7 or WinXP, using either IE or Chrome. Tried a couple different ID's.

When I click on the word "here" within the line "Click here to access the new Download Center" on the following web page:
https://mylawson.lawson.c...InforDownloadCenter/

It doesn't actually bring you back to any web page where you can actually search for or download anything. It brings you back to the same web page from where you clicked.

Isn't that just special. I'm impressed. Again.

Is anyone else seeing this nowhere link on the Download Center?

Well I am certainly lost now if I was not before. I am able to get thru the link and it tells me to watch the video. There are 2 boxes, one for M3, and one for S3. I click on S3 and it starts playing however no sound and the screen is so fuzzy I can't read it.

So now I go to the link you gave John, I have no idea what email and password I would have for this, do we need one? This appears to be a Infor site or something, but further on the page it says for Lawson customers to open a CASE, no idea if they mean if I don't have an email or what.

Whew, :(

It doesn't work for me with Chrome either, though it does using IE.

It looks like they set up the account using the email address from MyLawson and some other password. Once I logged in using IE and "jumped" to the new Download Center, I was able to go to My Profile and there is a link to change the password. If you do that, then you should be able to log in directly to the Infor site using the link John provided.

Of course, it's bizarre that sites like this aren't browser-agnostic. Of course, much of the Lawson stuff doesn't work on Chrome. Ugh.

Gonna take time to get used to. I guess infor wants their property on their website.

So.... are you saying the only way to get to the NEW download site is to get yet different log ins etc? If so, how are people to know of this if the lawson.com site does not illustrate this? Maybe I am missing something besides the loose screw in my head!!

Tracy - If you use Internet Explorer, then the passthough authentication works fine and you don't need to know a different username/password. However, if you use Chrome (or similar browsers) then you will have to change the password on the infor site and open it directly rather than via myLawson.

I had to mail the security site listed and they set they reset my user information but 'that it should have worked' . Then I cleaned cookies and started a new browser and got in. Chrome? not so much.
