Hi -

We are considering implementing in our next phase Goals and Performance Management.  And, now, we're thinking about adding Compensation Management to the mix.

Wanted to ask if there was anyone out there that has implemented the Comp Mgmt module.  If you have, how long was your implementation?  And, how did your implementation go?  I'd love to talk with someone about their experience.

Hi Ruth,

Did you implement Comp Mgmt module?  I've got a question about prorating incentive pay.

Hi Tammy - We implemented Special Incentives only. I don't believe we've done anything with prorating incentive pay, but we'd be glad to talk with you, if you'd like. Ruth
