If you are using TM10, then you should be able to do this using the configuration console (see the documentation). Note that you are pretty limited in what you can do - it's not nearly as customizable as a custom S3 form, for example. From my limited experience, it seems that you can query and update data, but it is difficult or impossible to do complex logic. I believe you are also limited to a single business class at this point (this may not be true in later versions). If you are on an earlier version (v9.x), then you can't do it yourself - you have to contract with Infor Professional Services to do the development...and generally it will take a very long time. Good Luck.

By the way, I'm thinking the config console info would be in the "Landmark" section rather than the "Talent Management" section of the documentation.

I believe it is a violation of the licensing agreement to share/post Infor documentation. In any case, it depends on the version you are on. On InforXtreme you can find it here: Documentation>>Product Line: TM {browse}>>Lawson>>Technology>>System Foundatation>>Landmark Technology>>{version}. Look for "Configuration Console User Guide". Some of the "version" sections don't have it, but 10.0.3.0, 10.0.4.0, and 10.1.0.0 all do have it.
