Hi, has anyone used Talemetry for resume parsing?  If so, would you care to share your experience with this product? If anyone else has experience with a different resume parsing tool, I would be interested in your experiences as well!

Yes we tried them for our organization - Our experience was not good. Slow response, not much accurate. May be they don't understand Indian Resumes. Then we gone with RChilli , have to do some extra programming but it works perfectly. Good quality, and helpful team.

we are using them right now, during our implementation, and I am not impressed.  I am actually considering pulling the plug. Resumes are parsed extremely messy, requires a lot of updates on the candidates end before submitting their application.  So far customer service has been lacking. They ask for examples to be sent so they can send to their support services - I sent over 10 - the response i received was that they keep the examples on file for future updates... so basically they can't help me.  I have a call on Thursday to possibly pull the plug and end the contract. ~D
