Just curious what others do.

Do you enter employee information in ALL CAPS or mixed case?  If mixed case, do you have a customization to make sure employees enter it correctly?  What do you do about state abbreviations?  What about names like McCormick?  Anything else you can tell me will be appreciated. Thanks.

We have all employee information in all caps due to our legacy system being like that. For address updates, our original consultants programmed the address update life event to change the employees entry as all caps if they did mixed case or all lower case.

We use Mixed Case for Employee Names and addresses. State abbreviations are upper case.

We also do all caps where we can. Anything that is automated is ALL CAPS. Manual entry by HR and payroll is also done in all caps. And we have set it up to update it in as many places as we can if it is entered in lower case.

Input has no consistency. Our intranet website does apply some validation for input fields, and reports have formatting.
