We are implementing ACA (only a year late).  When we do a personnel action changing someone's hours (which will put them in a different health option based on employee group) we see two offers on the bn29.2 after running the bn100.  Is that right?

Do they have the same date? What does your BN29.1 look like? Are they eligible for than more than one priority 1 plan?

Only eligible for the one plan.  We hired the employee and enrolled them in the health plan effective 11/1.  We then processed a personnel action reducing  hours and which changed the health premiums effective 12/1

                     plan             offer date   life event     priority    offer code
It shows :  *   HLTH               11/1         bn31                1          1E

                  * HLTH               12/1          bn100               1          1E

That looks like the BN29.1. I would expect to see that since you "offered" it in November and December. Do you only have one plan? For myself, I have 3 HL plans to choose from and a decline(waive) plan. My lowest cost plan is the number 1 and will be the cost shown on my 1095C.

So it really is considered two offers? The 1095 shows correctly

Thank you. I am good with that (I was told it shouldn't look like that).

Thank you again
