Does anyone know if it is possible to get Lawson Support to create a patch for a program - that isn't part of a huge @1k program CTP? They are telling me there is no other option - I have to install a huge patch that basically updates every product line - just because I need one program fixed in Payroll.

Have I/S download and preview the patch. Unless your code is significantly out of date, most of the other JTs included in the CTP won't actually update anything. For your original question, the answer is in my experience no unless it is a P1 or P2 CTP that has just been released.
