In our Benefit open enrollment screen the "Both" tax flag option is not showing up for our DC plans which have the Contribution types of Amt. or Percent and then either can have pre, or aft, or both for tax type.
Has anyone else ran into this situation or know how we can fix this. Opened and incident ticket with Infor/Lawson and haven't received an answer back yet.
