Multiple Veteran Codes

Per the gov't guidelines, I am to capture and report on every veteran code an employee provides to me.  Unfortunately, HR11 > Veteran field allows for just one selection.  If an employee states that they're Recently Separated and a Disabled Veteran, I need to collect and report on both instances for the VETS-100A.  How are you doing that since Lawson allows for a single selection? We don't want to create various selections with the User Fields because it won't update the VETS-100A report within Lawson.  We also don't want to go down the road of how many various combinations we'd have to create either! We are on Lawson...I mean, Infor 9.0.1.  Thanks.

This is how we are handling it.  Probably not the best way, but it was the only way we could think of because we didn't want to make a user field and then try to report off of it. On the Veteran's drop down we built a code for every combination possible.
