We have recently acquired another hospital and are getting ready to bring their employees under our umbrella. For our current employees, we are using the Adjusted HireDate to determine Benefits Service and Hire Date for when we hire new employees.  We're not using Seniority and Anniversary dates for anything other than reflecting the Hire Date.

Have any of you acquired other health care agencies and how did you track them in Lawson as being seperate but also part of your system? Where did you list their hire date with the original health care facility and where did you list their acquisition date. Why did you do it that way?

Thanks.

Hi Cindy - I subscribe to the Lawsonguru HR forum. Did you by any chance
submit the question below? If so, I'm curious to see what kind of
responses you get. The only way I know to segregate is by Company (which
we have already done) and by process level and department (which we have
already done).

Thanks,
Judy
