We'd like to have an asterisk show on the pay stubs for all deductions that are tax exempt. The PMTOUT is not currently providing that. Is this possible to do with Lawson?

We'd also like to have a notation area that indicates what the asterisk is representing.

Do we need a Cobol programmer for this?

Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks

What software are you using to print your paychecks?
Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com forums!

We are using Bottom Line who uses our PR160 file. I noticed in the PR160 that deductions that are tax deductible look just like the other deductions, so it appears to me at this point that the PR160 is not adding any differentiator.

I found in the PR160 where it is notated if the deduction is pre-tax and we've talked to Bottom Line. They believe that they will be able to add the asterisk and comment line for us.

All is well with the world.
