Forgive me if this is posted elsewhere as I came up blank when searching the forums -

If you're displaying W2s for employees via ESS, did you use a vendor such as MHC, or did you develop in house?

I was on the support site, and surprised to see under ER that supposedly the functionality is available for iSeries.  I know this has been a request of clients since the inception of ESS, and I'm pretty surprised it's not standard yet.

We're implementing an outside vendor for benefit enrollment now (decision was made without thought to Lawson, unfortunately), and the powers that be are considering W2 display via this same vendor - which I REALLY don't want us to do!

Many thanks in advance  for your responses!

We implemented the MHC electronic W2 solution last year. We chose MHC since they are closely aligned to Lawson and found the integration to be fairly seamless. There is one small thing some customers may find irritating - it does not couple with Lawson authentication so if you are logged into ESS and want to see your W2 you will need ro re-enter your userid and password. I'm assuming this was by design so the W2 url link could be hung outside of Lawson ESS. There are also some setup considerations on where the software and data are installed if you plan on deploying this functionality as an outward facing application on your DMZ.

We also use MHC for our W2s. We found them easy to implement, we have it integrated with our ESS. Employees have access from home through our remote sign in process to ESS and they love it. We have been live for 2.5 years with minimal issues through the whole process.
