Online W-2's

We use the MHC W-2 software to display the online W-2's. We have had this up for three annual cycles now and have not had any issues. It is integrated into ESS bookmarks. It has been a good addition that the staff really likes. I don't have any information on the other two products you mentioned.

Carolyn: We are using ATS for our W2's. You log onto their system to retrieve your W2, and can even have a copy of it emailed to yourself password protected. If you don't log on to their system by x date, then they snail-mail the W2 to you. It works out pretty good. I'm not the direct one involved in the process, but can get you in contact with them if you would like to chat more. We are about to go-live on an ESP/MSP upgrade, so timing is not the best to chat, but maybe next month?

Not sure if you will see this, but my company decided to go with ATS as well for the Electronic W2. We still need to finish this implementation and are on the single sign on portion. They gave us a document but doesnt make much sense to someone who isnt a web developer.  Did you all choose to go single sign on? 

 

We are hoping to place a link to the ATS W2 system inside of Lawson Portal ESS.
