Our IT dept loaded CTP for PRTAXLEVY updates but I do not see it on PR10 or in the table.  I seem to remember there is another step so it updates the system but don't remember what that is.

Can you help, please?

Thanks.

lawappinstall preview/update/activate?

I am sure that is what was done since that is standard. It seems to me as if something else needs to occur with this particular CTP update to load the file.

You need to load the CSV file located in Admin. Use either ldappcsv command or importdb -af (if I recall correctly)

This should have been done automatically when the CTP is installed via lawappinstall activate.
You used to have to run separate updates (PR710 or PR910 or something like that), but that was a long long time ago.

Do you have command line/LID access, or access to the LAWDIR/prod/Admin/ folder on the server?

You should check:
1. what is the rowcount in PRTAXLEVY data table, e.g. count PROD PRTAXLEVY
2. what is the rowcount in the delivered csv file, e.g. cat LAWDIR/prod/Admin/prtaxlevy.csv | wc -l
(should be one higher than the rowcount in the table due to csv header)
3. look at LAWDIR/prod/Admin/apploadcsv.log for any errors related to loading of prtaxlevy, and verify that date in the log file matches when CTP was installed.
4. tmcontrol -rp PROD PR10
(this will clear any caching of data in PR10-- quite a longshot, but you'd be surprised)

I ran the CTP yesterday and it ran fine and updated the table when I activated it.
