We are a US based company and would like to have US & Candian employees in the same Company. By trial and error we've reached the point of pre-hiring a Candian employee but we are receiving a currency error on the salary.
Are there any other US based companies out there that have gone through this same scenario and would be willing to share your experience with us?
We have employees from US and Canada under the same company, but they are in different process-levels.
