I was looking at using LoadUsers.exe to load new data access security role to everyone as part of a Apps 9 upgrade. However I believe it over-writes everything, which means I would need to dump all the data first and then do a reload with the new security. Is there an easier way to do this?

I found the mass assignment tool which seems to handel this fairly nicely.
