custom program not found in Portal

I created a custom program and moved to our test environment. The user is having issues finding/accessing the program. Errro:  search results: No program or bookmarks were found for 'program'.

This is the standard message that is displayed when the user doesn't have security access. Did you create/update a security class and grant the class to the user's security role?

Hi Barb, no I did not. I am checking with our securiy admin now and the user doesn't have access. Thanks for the quick response!
