Customized EMSS bookmarks - caching issues

We have created several customized EMSS bookmarks.  Since upgrading to Infor 10 and using IE without compability mode on, we are having issues with older versions of .htm .js being cached.  Any suggestions on how to clear cache for these custom bookmarks when changes are required?

Edit the file, update the version # and save the file.
