Could not create object of type People

I am using processflow to create a peope resource using the Resource Update node when I receive the following error:
    
    

AddResource error: Unable to store LM1159975 object, creation failed. Original Exception: Could not create object of type People

All the values are in place and I have tested this with Lawsons profile also.
