Custom Work item list

I am trying to modify the standard IPA work item list by changing the columns from Workunit, Description, Start Date, Due Date, Filter Value, Originator, Authenticated Originator to Workunit, Description, Start Date, Buyer Code, Filter Value, Originator.   I've read every bit of documentation I can find, I've tried to modify recsum.htm, and the .js scripts.   So far I've been unable to do so.   I am working with LSF 9.0.1.10, LMK 10.0.4, IPA 10.0.4, and LSO 10.0.4 on Windows 2008 R2 with SQL Server.  I have added a Custom Inbasket and assigned it to the Buyer task in Landmark Rich Client, I can see in Fiddler where it is calling for a Custom Inbasket but it keeps displaying the standard work item list.   Can anyone point me in the correct direction to get this request complete?
