We are upgrading from 9.0.1 to 10. There is a process which will send a Word or PDF email attachment. It was an uploaded document. It seems like they all came over as text files for the inbasket. I have been testing various options. It looks like I have to delete everything which converted and upload the documents in IPD as binary and undefined and copy the files to the Landmark server in the Landmark directory system\LPS\emailattachments. I just want to verify the procedure. Is there anything with the procedure?
