We are LSF with IPA in Landmark.

We are testing some ESS Home Address Changes in our Test system.  We are getting emails successfully sent to the email address listed on HS07. HS23 has Process Flow enabled and html option.  Where is the work unit?  I do not see it listed where our Work Units are for our scheduled IPAs.

You should find the flows list in Rich Client under Application Defined Processes. The one for address changes should be "EMSSAddrEmail" and should be enabled. You will also have to check the related Service, "EMSSAddrChg", ensure that is enabled and check to see the "EMSSAddrEmail" process is listed/assigned to the service. That should make the workunits show up once someone makes an address change.

And since the recipient on HS07 is getting the emails, the flows are working.

Upon further review.....we arent getting emails from these Delivered Type Life Events.  Scheduled IPA's and ad hoc IPA's are creating Work Units in Rich Client.

EMSSAddrEmail is enabled in my Test system and assigned to the EMSSAddrChg service. EMSSAddrChg service is enabled in my Test system.

Do any Variables need to be defined? The Criteria name 1 Company is already defined.

We are using HS23 and HS07.

Any advice?

So it sounds like you're flows are working fine if they are scheduled in IPA, or triggered manually in IPA. How about any flows that are triggered from S3/LSF -- like JE Approvals, Requisition Approvals, etc. Do you have any of those, and if so, are they working?

We use Req Approval which appears to be working.  I can see Work Units for the Req Approval service from last month.

Turns out our main problem was that our ESS security role did not have access to the WFWK forms. All is well now.
