Has anybody else upgraded to Landmark technology 10.1.1.21?  I upgraded our test system last week from 10.1.1.14 and cannot access our Requisition Approval Inbasket.  I have opened a ticket with Infor Support, but the response has been lacking.  I have checked and rechecked the installation guide and I believe I have done all of the steps correctly.  Thank you.

I am accessing from the portal directly.  Your question gave me an idea.  When I use the link below I am able to access it.  It is only when I try through the portal/mingle

Are you able to use any of the Landmark/IPA bookmarks (Inbasket, Tracking, Admin)? If the Landmark links work directly, but not through Portal, it may be an issue with Services. You could try running an ISS Sync (assuming you have ISS). Or go through the IPA services in Rich Client and verify the service properties are correct.

the issue is probably your browser standard settings. Press F12 and make sure it's not IE8 standards

Service properties are ok. I am having the problem with IE9, IE10 and IE11. The IE9 browser has IE9 Standards. I will be doing a Webex sometime today with Infor Support. Hopefully they can come up with something. I will post here what we find. Thank you.

I was able to resolve this by applying a patch on the LSF side and updating Lawson Security Services.

Is there any way, 12 months later, you would be able to tell me what LSF patch was needed...or to what version of Lawson Security Services you had to upgrade ?  ....this sounds like an issue we are experiencing as we test an upgrade to LM/IPA 10.1 and LSF 9.1.13.

Hi Charlotte, Unfortunately I don't remember. We are on LSF10.0.6 though so I am not sure if I would be much help.
