After federation and ldapbind some users cannot log in

We upgraded this weekend - to LSF901 ESP12, apps 901MSP9, etc.  Also federated with Landmark (not using ISS).  We are bound to our corporate AD as well (we were previously AD-bound in LSF and are now AD-bound in Landmark).  We have some users who are unable to log in - getting message invalid userid or password.  The vast majority are successful. ANy ideas?

Hi Gary, Are you saying they can log in to Landmark, but not LSF - or they can't log in to either? You've already confirmed that AD isn't locking them out? Kelly

The solution turned out to be pretty easy. Those who were unable to log in were entering their id in mixed case, and the "ignore case" checkbox was not checked on the Landmark login scheme. Checked the box and everybody's happy now.

Hi Gary, We are trying to do ldapbind to our AD, so far not successful. Do you have any screen shoot as how to do the ldap bind? Thanks in advance.
