Configuration Console - question

We have a Configuration Console  "Custom" Invoice approval form.

Some form fields are uneditable for Proxy approvers. 

Not sure how to remove restriction/condition to allow fields to be edited by Proxy Approvers. 

Any assistance is appreciated.  

Custom form built for Business Class: PayablesInvoice 

PayablesInvoice fields: 

             ApproverUDF (this maybe a custom field, i.e. added by previous developer),

             LastApprovalComment

For some reason, I can't download your screenshot unfortunately. Are the proxy roles you're granting to the proxy approvers the same roles that grant access for the actual approver? or do you have separate proxy roles set up? Just wondering if security might be slightly different if they're different roles.
