ELLO We are having n issue where S3 is not importing data to MSCM. Can you please help us . We restfaed the web sphere truncated the tables and started the web sphere back. Still its not importing

What do you see in the mscm_server.log files in WAS_HOME/profiles/{profilename}/logs/{servername}?  Do you see ABOUT TO IMPORT or DELTA CALCULATION COMPLETED statements?  These two statements should appear when MSCM is functional and importing data as expected.

check your mscm_filter.properties file. user/pwd change on DB and App side ? if yes, you will have to re-deploy mscm_filter.properties again. tail -f mscm_server.log, you should see "DELTA calculation completed time"

THat helpe me and my srver name was configured wrong in the MSCMfiler properties.

We are having two PRODCUT lines on the same Box.
We have one MSCM server pointing to test Prdocutline now.

IS there a way I can have two PRODUCT lines talking to each other ,I need to have a another webpshere profile and another database.

I belive thats the way to do this ,Has any one done this beofrE?
Is there any installtion Documentation I can use for this?
